Calea Roy

Calea Roy has been drawing since she was in sixth grade, but started to take it seriously in eighth grade. Originally wanting to be a voice actor, she soon picked up a knack for drawing the characters whose voices she loved to mimic. It wasn’t enough for her though, she wanted to bring these drawings to life. She wanted to animate. 

 

Now a graduate from the Maine College of Art, her skills continue to grow not only as an animator and artist, but also as a human with the help of her friends and family. She hopes to one day work for a big studio and create her own show so that she may spread the inspiration of animation to younger, budding artists across the world.
